House came with a Wayne Dalton door (standard but outdated) and it eventually broke. Called these guys up to install a new spring conversion kit and a couple weeks later there was an issue. I called Rick up on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and he sent a guy (Alphonso) out within 1 hour and took care of it. This type of service deserves to be recognized these days.
